As I said on Bluesky… I was thinking about remembering to write this post “on Saturday” all day yesterday… then realised as I was going to bed… yesterday was Saturday… ¦) So we have a Sunday post this week!
And so Art Fight is over! =) I had a great time this year, thank-you to everybody who drew me something to revenge! It really made this year enjoyable for me! If you’re interested in seeing all the artwork I did for the event, you can see it all here!
That aside, I’ve been working on trying to beef up my buffer for DGiacomo again as it was eaten into a bit by Art Fight and illness… but that’s what it’s for after all. =) Again, a new arc starts on Thursday! I hope you all enjoy it.
I’ve also been cracking down on my plush backlog, something I can actually do to some degree whilst feeling unwell! I’ve managed to finish Rae’s Morty and get him sent on his way to his new home. =) I have 10 plush I need/want to make for other people… in varying stages of completion. So that will keep me busy! Again, if you like to see WIP update photos of the process of that, you can follow it on my Bluesky! I’m also working on updating my Plush Database (of plush I have made over the years!) so that it looks better, reads better and is more accessible on mobile! I’ll be working through and updating all the sections as I have the time. You can see the finished version of Rae’s Morty plush there, too!
Speaking of Bluesky, I’m almost at 2000 followers there, which is wild! =) I don’t think I’ve ever had such a large number on a main account… thank-you all so much for following and for your support! Once I hit 2000 followers, I’ll be holding a raffle where you can win a drawing from me… so that’s something to look forward to! =D
On the health front, I have my next osteopath appointment on Thursday, it’ll be the second appointment, so it’s going to be interesting to see how it goes… hopefully well. =) I’m looking forward to it cos I’d love to not feel so stiff and unwell, hahaha XD
