Crazy that it’s been a whole month since the last non-tournament blog post! And in that time we’ve seen the end results of said tournament and I’ve made some progress on other things! =) So… first of all…

As I mentioned, the Third DGiacomo “BATTLE TO THE DEATH” Tournament has completed and the winner has been crowned…
It’s Giacomo! (Again!)
Congratulations to Giacomo for being the undefeated champion of this tournament for the third year in a row! I’m really tickled you guys like him so much, so thank-you for voting! X) 2nd place goes to Mela, who did even better this year than she did last, to the point where it was looking like a tie for a bit! And 3rd places go to Rico and Eri. Thanks everyone for taking part in this year’s tournament, even though it was later than planned this time around! Hope it was enjoyable again this year regardless, I appreciate you all continuing to follow this comic, even though it’s currently on hiatus. =) There’ll still be news on that by Christmas if things go as planned!
If DGiacomo is still running next year (I think it will be, there’s plenty of story to go!) then we’ll hold a 4th one. Let me know if you guys have a preference for which month to hold it in. =) Thanks, as always, for reading this comic and showing your support! It means the world to me!

In other DGiacomo news, I’ve been making good progress on the bits of script I need to write! =) Which is a good thing, those parts of the story need to be properly cemented before I get there, hahaha! It’s looking promising! I’ll keep chipping away at it and the references I need behind the scenes. In the way of buffer, I’m about half way there to making my typical buffer, though I’d like a bigger buffer than before if possible to reduce time crunch stress… but I also have a lot more to do in the mean time before January so… we’ll see how that goes, haha!
I’m also considering whether it’s worth continuing to post this work on Tumblr. To be honest, the reception I’ve had for the comic over on Tumblr has never been great… and I think if I hadn’t been posting the comic on Comic Fury as well (and eventually on my own site here), I probably would have given up a long time ago. I think most of the readers of this comic are now over here or on Comic Fury anyway, so I don’t feel like dropping the platform will be much of a loss… and it will save me some formatting time/stress when putting chapters up. =) I’ll think it over, but as it stands, it’s not really seeming smart to keep posting there. Just food for thought!
The Massive Bokumono 30th Anniversary Collab 2026
This project continues to run smoothly, if a bit slower now than before as the characters remaining are the “less desirables”, haha! As it stands, about 381 characters have been drawn! Which is about 100 more than the last time I typed about it here, crazy! We still have over half a year left of this project left to go, so if you’re reading this, are an artist and want to take part (if you aren’t already!), reach out and see if there are any characters left you’d like to help us with!
As always, I’ve been continuing to draw characters for the collab too. =) Check them out over in the art gallery on this site! My choices are dwindling as I get closer to making a full loop of the games… I’m now in my Harvest Sprite era! XD

This project is one that might be new to you guys, despite it being around since 2007, hahaha! XD I did some work on it’s script and characters recently and it’s definitely back on the table! I also drew mini refs for a couple of the characters. When I get a spare moment, I’ll make a section for it on the site and add it to the Comics page! =) And I’ll add Kouji and Toshimitsu to the Character Database too. And maybe make it a logo if I can work something out, haha! XD Logos are always tricky! For now, you can see the 2 bios here;
Plush
I’ve been able to make a little bit of progress on 2 separate plush projects, 1 of which is a secret surprise… the other of which is Comet, one of Dave W‘s OCs! She’s currently headless and has no top, but I probably won’t be able to make any more progress on her this year due to other more urgent deadlines… you can always follow along with my plush progress over on Bluesky where I frequently update with plush progress photos. =)
Health
Made a tiny little bit of progress on the “diagnosis” front in the past month! It’s seeming very much that a lot of what I’m suffering is a neck injury and TMD double whammy! I’ll keep pursuing treatment for both, as always! =) But they sure do like to make me dizzy, or feel like there’s pressure in my ears. XD Neck injury got hands! Nevertheless we continue onwards!!
Other
- Aside from that, I’m aware I still, STILL haven’t held the 2000 followers raffle yet over on my Bluesky… I still intend on holding a raffle event, but I can’t warrant it with so much on my plate… I want prizes to be the best they can be, not crammed among other things. It hasn’t left my mind though. =)
- I wanted to hold a little Christmas doodle claim again this year like I did last year, but it will depend entirely on my to-do list and how much time I have versus how much DGiacomo buffer I’ve achieved… Time really races when you’re unwell and also busy with mega to-do lists XD. In any case, watch out for it over on my Bluesky! If I do do it, it will be for people in my small following list only, which you have to be a mutual for. =)
- I also managed to do some writing for re:Peat, but not enough to talk in depth about, haha! XD
And I think I’ll wrap it up there! I’ve already written about so much that it’s making my browser lag. XD Stupid bloaty wordpress. Hope you’ve all been well and I will continue to crack on with this to-do list! =) I wonder if next year will be more relaxed? XD
