Well, it’s Monday, hahaha! XD Ironically, I DID remember I was going to post on Saturday… AND on Sunday… but I had such a stinking headache that I couldn’t. =T Probably aftermath from the osteopath massage therapy I had on Thursday… fingers crossed though, things seem to be okay today! I feel like this stiff neck/upper body muscles thing is going to take a lot of wrangling… I really hope I can afford it…
On more creative fronts… for what creativity I’ve been able to squeeze out past the headaches etc. XD I’ve been trucking on with DGiacomo where I can =)
- I finally made the comic a cover, which Comic Fury has been requesting for a while… so that is now viewable on the Artwork page in DGiacomo’s site section! I might also incoporate it into the comics listing page somehow… we’ll see!
- I’ve also completely overhauled the Cast page for DGiacomo so that it works reliably on all devices (I hope!). It involved removing the site’s side bar to get it working flawlessly… something about the custom html/javascript whatever not liking there being a banner and sidebar… In any case, that should work even on phones now, so check it out if you haven’t! =) I’ve put a lot of work into the info there!
- I’m holding a DTIYS over on Bluesky for Mela! The rules are the same as the Giacomo one from a few months ago, but for Mela instead! Entering puts you into a raffle to win art of your OC (or a Pokémon character of your choice) drawn by me! It ends 30th Sept 2025!
Regarding plush, I’m still waiting for the 2 I sent on their way to friends to arrive… at least they have both reappeared on the other side of inbound customs, which is comforting, but I want them in the hands of my friends already. XD Aside from that, I haven’t done much besides work a bit on the facial embroidery of Creepers from Jeepers’ Creepers for Dave! This one is taking some going as some parts are 4 pieces of fabric thick and need some tugging to get the needle through… so my fingers aren’t liking it all that much. ¦D Slow and steady and a little at the time seems to be the best method for that one… though it does mean I’m not getting through it all that quickly… He just needs one eye, the white borders and a couple of lines above the eyes now, though. =)
And lastly, I think… I’m going to hold a large, mass artist collaboration for Bokujou Monogatari (Story of Seasons/Harvest Moon) for the 30th anniversary next year! =) It’ll be reminiscent of the massive collab I held on deviantArt back in 2011/2012, if any of you have been following me long enough to remember that. Currently I’m in the process of setting up the information and the character sheet… but there’ll be a discord server for people taking part with information and etc. I’ll be updating information about that over on Bluesky, so if that sounds interesting to you, keep an eye out there for more info on it! =D
And that’s all for now, I think! =) Hopefully soon I’ll be able to catch up with my DGiacomo backlog and plush backlog enough to be able to warrant lining Tiberius inbetween. XD We’ll see!
