Hey all! =) It’s again, been a couple of weeks since my last update, so it’s about time, haha! I’ve been busy cracking away at that to-do list I’ve mentioned multiple times, because I’m hoping to finish up a ton of stuff so that I can free up 2026! And, like I mentioned in the title… I have some plans to mention for the coming year regarding my art and stuff I make. =)
DGiacomo
First of all, DGiacomo! So… things are looking good for it returning come January 1st! =) I’d like to get 1 or 2 more chapters into the buffer before then, but we’ll see. I also need to work on Christmas gifts for friends! Importantly though, I’m hoping to make a lot of progress with DGiacomo this coming year, both in planning a section that is nearing quite rapidly and with drawing the chapters and getting them out!
I’m also planning on putting it on planned hiatus in July, mostly to take a break and allow my buffer to regrow, but also so that I can take part in Art Fight, as always, returning fire to art I receive. =) During this hiatus month, I’ll hold the yearly character popularity poll tournament so there’s something DGiacomo to enjoy whilst I take a break! Especially since people didn’t seem to have any preference over which month it’s held!
I can confirm there’ll be a Christmas update releasing on Christmas day, so that’s something to look forward to! =) Plus, I’ll have news by then for certain as to whether DGiacomo will come back off hiatus or not!
Originals
Nothing new to share regarding originals this time around, but I CAN share that next year I plan to use spare time inbetween drawing chapters on drawing references/fullbodies for my characters from my original projects! =)
This does mean I will have to pull back on joining collabs and taking part in events where I have to draw art for them, or it’ll end up just like this year where I have no time to dedicate to anything else! XD But I feel like that is an okay sacrifice to make for the sake of progressing my original works. =)
I also intend on making logos for the projects that currently don’t have them, including Living Legend, Pulsar, Last Shot and Tiberius! And also, giving Pulsar (at very least) a section on this site, especially since people are aware of it’s existence now! For now, these sections will just be like the current existing ones where I have a cast page and a place to display art drawn for the project by other people, but I still like them having their own spaces. =) I’m under no illusion I can draw multiple comics at once and have them come out well, hahaha!! XD
Whilst I’m here, though, I did get awesome gifts from both Dave W and Kenzie Webb! Dave drew an awesome pic of Davey (re:Peat) and Kenzie an equally amazing chibi piece of Toby Ryder (Bike Helmet Hero)! Thank-you both, I super duper appreciate it and I love them so much!! X)
Plush
As I mentioned last time, I’ve made no progress on plush as I have put it on the back-burner until next year. XD But I plan to continue working through my plush backlog after I’ve done the to do list things before the new year rolls in. =) As it stands, the backlog is 7 or 8 plush, 3 of which are in progress! Not including Giacomo plush who still needs clothes. XD So I guess that’s 8 or 9.
I’ll post updates on plush here as they happen!
The Massive Bokumono 30th Anniversary Collab 2026
This event is still ongoing and will continue until July 24th 2026! If you’d like to take part, please contact me over on Bluesky for an invite into the server. =) There are currently over 200 characters left to pick from with more due to unlock soon!
I still draw entries for this collab every week! Here are my latest pieces! Of course, you can see all of them, as always, over on my Art Gallery on this site! I’ve almost completed a full loop of the games at this point, which I see as quite the achievement!
Other
- Aside from that, I’m aware I still, STILL haven’t held the 2000 followers raffle yet over on my Bluesky… I still intend on holding a raffle event, but I can’t warrant it with so much on my plate… I want prizes to be the best they can be, not crammed among other things. It hasn’t left my mind though. =)
- I’ll be posting a bunch of Christmas related art to Bluesky and here on Christmas day! I have a bunch ready, there’s going to be a lot!!
And with that, I think that’ll do until Christmas day. =D I might post an update then with links to all the art, if I remember! Plus, I guess, that update on DGiacomo! =) I’ll catch you all then! Hope you’re all well!
